ABOUT US

The "Univesitas" lawyers union began its history in 1991 and during this time became one of the most successful firms that unites lawyers of all areas of legal practice.

The main activity of our association is legal support of economic activity (business), providing legal assistance to domestic and foreign principals on issues related to entrepreneurial activity.

We provide legal support in all areas of activity, in particular:

• Comprehensive subscriber business service (solution of current issues and urgent response to the client's appeal 24/7);
• Registration of commercial organizations (LLC, PE) and non-profit organizations (NGO, foundation, mass media, parties);
• Intermediary (real estate) services during any real estate transactions and full legal support for the conclusion and execution of relevant transactions.
• Representation of the customer's interests during legal proceedings (economic, criminal, administrative, civil (family disputes, inheritance disputes, housing disputes, etc.)) in relations with law enforcement and state bodies;
• Legal support for the purchase and sale of businesses or individual legal entities;
• Protection of the client's interests in executive proceedings;
• Legal registration of construction of any complexity (obtaining a construction passport for the development of a land plot, obtaining initial data for the development, assistance in developing project documentation for construction, etc.);
• Assistance in restoring business to forcibly displaced persons from the occupied territories of Ukraine, from territories where active hostilities are taking place;

• Oral and written legal consultations in all areas of law
• Legal analysis and development of draft contracts, additional agreements (economic, labor, foreign economic agreements, licensing, investment agreements, and other agreements, both in Ukrainian and English)

• Writing letters, appeals, claims, complaints, statements and answers to requests
• Legal audit of business
• Personnel audit and occupational health and safety audit with personnel accounting and development of all necessary legal documents
• Pretrial preparation, preparation of procedural documents and representation of clients' interests in court proceedings
• Emergency call of a lawyer (participation in searches, during inspections, and interrogations)
